SAAS BAFFLED OIL CATCH CAN KIT TO SUIT FORD RANGER PX1 P4AT TURBO DIESEL 2.2L I4

Crank case ventilation system allows the vaporized engine oil to escape from the engine crank case, that needs to be passed through the air intake of the vehicle to meet the emission standards. This clogs and damages Inter-cooler, turbocharger and intake manifold of the system.

SAAS catch cans are installed before the air intake system that separate and collect the oil droplets, prolonging the engine life and save you money on maintenance. It combines a fully baffled two stage separation system with a Bronze filter that does an exceptional job of capturing and reducing the amount of oil entering the intake system.

This catch can kit suits Ford Ranger fitted with the P4AT Turbo Diesel I4 engine.

  • It is advised to check the catch tank after driving 1000km to see the amount of oil in the tank. It is important that no oil build-up rises over the internal baffle to the bronze filter.
  • Refer to the tank maintenance guide provided in the instructions manual for recommended cleaning interval and procedure.
